Shipments and returns

Your Delivery Local Stock 

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days or less after receipt of payment and are shipped via our courier service with tracking to door, with delivery within 2 days . If you prefer specific shipping an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before processing your order if specific shipping is required. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Internationally Supplied Items

Important - Please read before placing an order!

All our products are order on request items, and as such will take roughly 15-25 working days once payment has been recieved to be delivered. All stock is sourced internationally.

As all orders are placed as a special request, orders cannot be cancelled/returned once the order has been placed and confirmed.

Once your order has been processed, we will confirm the order. Once paymant has been received, we will process your order accordingly. We will keep you updated during the process, and advise you each step of the way.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

Africa eCom will exchange all damaged items. Africa eCom reimburses return shipping charges within 5 days of delivery if DOA, this only if shipped products back to us via the least expensive method.

Product Warranty (faulty / defective over normal use)

Unless otherwise noted on the product page, product warranty is 6 months counted from the date of shipment.

  • Within 3 months from shipment:
    Upon returning, defective items are replaced and shipped back to customers for free. Return shipping reimbursement is a maximum of R40 

  • Within 6 months from shipment:
    Upon returning, defective items are replaced and shipped back to customers for free. Return shipping reimbursement is unavailable.

  • Afterwards:
    Customers may still send defective items back to FastTech. FastTech passes those items back to their manufactures and helps coordinating the repair. Customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways.

    Depending on the problem, fees may be assessed by the manufacturers. Africa eCom will contact customers before committing to the repairs.
